The following is a list of website features offered through the Content Management System we use called Squarespace. Each feature can be added or removed at will. This allows for a website that is ever present for your flocks needs.

HTML Code Access

HTML Pages give you the ability to create and edit normal web pages. These pages allow you to enter content, pictures, videos, and links.

CSS Control

With Squarespace you have the ability adjust your CSS through there an intuitive control panel. This allows you to add those changes you never thought were possible.

Users and Roles

With Users and Roles you can create logins for your different ministries and allow them to see hidden pages.

User Login Page

Login Prompt allows you to place a login page were users can sign in. The different permissions given to users will allow them to see hidden pages. This also allows you to assign website administrators.

Continual Upgrades

One of the benefits of using Squarespace is the continual upgrades and security updates you'll never have to worry about again. Squarespace is always upgrading their website options and security needs for your website, and this is included in your monthly hosting fees.

Website Analytics

Knowing is half the battle! Take control of your church website through in-depth website analytics. From page views, popular content, referring links and keywords, knowing your websites reach has never been easier.

Rotator

Rotators help communicate your core message by combining visual and content communication. It is a great way to spotlight specific areas of your organization.

Form Builder

Form Builder allows you to create unique forms to collect user information. It is create for event registration and ministry signup forms.

Forum

Forums allow users to engage in conversations on specific topics. They are stored on your website and are searchable by anyone, which allows people to find your site in regards to these topics. This is a great way to engage your online community in meaningful conversations.

Guest Book

Guest Book will allow a single threaded guestbook style discussion. This page is effective for answering any questions a user may have.

Blog Update Blog through Email

Journal allows you to create a blog within your website. From your blog people can leave comments, search your topics, and reference any resources you have uploaded or are linked to.

FAQ Builder

Have you ever wished you could have someone answer all those questions for you? With the FAQ Builder you can. Put all the commonly asked questions with answers in one intuitive spot.

Contact Form

Contact Form allows users to submit an email inquiry through your church website. This is great for general questions or fist time visitors.

File Upload

File Upload allows your users to upload documents to your website that can be viewed by others. While this is not meant for the general public it is great for specific ministry groups on your website to collaborate on projects.

Map Page

Map will place a Google map on your website. Giving your users this quick access to Google Maps is convenient for printing directions to your church.

Drop Box

Drop Box gives you the ability to create a page where your users can upload files to your website.

Prayer Request

The Prayer Request allows users to submit a request which is sent to a specified email.

Calendar

Communicating your events can happen two ways with Squarespace. You can create a summary list of upcoming events which link to full detailed pages. The full detailed pages can include photos, video, links and content. The second option is integrating a third party calendar like Google calendars.

Bulletin Viewer

Publish your Bulletins in PDF format and allow your members to open view them on your church website.

Amazon Item List

Amazon Item List allows you to create a page with preset lists of books or music on Amazon. This resource is a great way to manage an online bookstore.

Donations

Receiving donations online can be an expensive process. We work with integrating Razoo, Paypal and other affordable third party solutions to help with this.

User Registration Page

Squarespace allows new members to register with your church website. Once you approve them each can be assigned to specific user group. Have specific pages that only your worship team can see, or maybe the steering committee for specific ministries.

Link Page

Links allow you to generate a page with your favorite links. These links are very useful with Search Engine Optimization and quick access to other resources recommended by your church.

Video

With the ability to add video from your Vimeo or Youtube accounts anywhere in your website, you can visually connect with your church.

Photo Gallery

Picture Gallery gives you the ability to upload and manage a beautiful photo gallery. This page allows you to label and describe any photo you upload to the website.

Built in Image Editor

File Storage is a great solution for uploading your church bulletin to your website. These pages allow users to see a list of files which can be downloaded.

Sermon Manager w/ podcast

Create a Podcast your church can listen to through your website or subscribe to through iTunes. This is a great way to keep your church plugged in throughout the year.

Website Search

Search gives your users the ability to search your website with a word or phrase. This allows for quick and easy access to all of your church events, ministries, and liturgical celebrations.

Blog Index

Journal Index allows you to index your blog pages. This menu will represent an archived view of a particular Blog.

Change Tracker

Change Tracker is a tool which informs your users of any changes made to the website. This is a great current events option for your home page.

AIM Message

Allows users to send an instant message to a specified AIM name. This is a great solution for quick response support.

Syndicate RSS

Syndicate RSS presents your RSS feeds so users can subscribe to specific pages. Any updates made on the specified page will be sent to the users subscription manager or email.

Social Media Integration

Connecting through Social Media is an absolute must. With our websites we create opportunity for this through Share, Like This and Tweet buttons. We also connect your website blog with Facebook and Twitter to ensure your members get the latest devotional thoughts or sermon series.

Flickr Connection

With the Flickr Connection you can stream your recent videos into your website sidebar.
