The purpose of Sheepish Design is to redesign the face of the Church online.  Combining mission centered design, content management and cost effective pricing allows us to meet the unique needs of most Churches. 

Because our background is in the Church, we can identify and design to your unique strengths. From traditional to the contemporary and all the community in between, we understand what you value. From this we approach each project with the intention of communicating these core values while making it look amazing in the process. This combination creates websites designed for the flock.  

Our mission is to redesign every Church website, making each one a leader in the Online Great Commission.  We are accomplishing this one design at a time, one Church at a time.   

Luke Frederick 

Position: Founder, Consultant & Designer

Bio: Growing up in the Church gave me a pillar to draw from in my life journey.  I have spent the last ten years working with the youth of the Church. From a Youth Worker to Operations Director of a Nonprofit I have found joy sowing back into the community.

Over the years I have consulted many nonprofits and churches in their communication efforts, designed and project managed countless websites, and found one of my passions, communicating the mission of the Church. 

Sheepish Design allows me to live out my passion for communicating the vision of churches through smooth website design. 

Roger Coles

Position: Website Designer

Bio: I am a designer based in the Washington, DC area. I first began designing in 2004 as a Youth Pastor in order to create sharp brochures and registrations for different events happening in our Student Ministry. Soon, I was tasked to take on the design of our Student Ministries website and I caught the bug for communication and web design. 

Sheepish Design is a great place for me to live out my passion for design and the church. 

Lucas Botz 

Position: Resident Photographer

Bio: Hi, I’m Lucas Botz a Photographer and Designer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I work to create high quality design and fine art photography. I started freelance designing in 2001. Since then, my skills have grown by leaps and bounds as I work with other creatives daily. I have worked as a Media Coordinator, a Creative Director, and Designer for various organizations. Also I'm a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and PhotoVision.  I founded Lucas Botz Photography so I can live out my passion.  

Working with Sheepish Design has been a great way for me to continue innovating with photography and its application online. 

Taylor Angulo  

Position: Administrative Assistant

Bio: Raised in a creative environment, I was constantly surrounded with typefaces and color swatches. Today, I continue to embrace the art of graphic design as not only a career but a consuming passion and the role it has in the church. With my education from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN and my experience with various clients and forms of media, I seek to incorporate my personal approach with creativity, practicality and timelessness to create sophisticated yet accessible designs.
